In most cases, a 15-year-old would play in the U15 or U16 teams. However, in exceptional cases, if a player meets the physical, skill, and safety requirements, they may be eligible for U18 rugby. Clubs follow IRFU (Irish Rugby Football Union) guidelines to ensure player welfare.
