Little Ruckers is Stillorgan-Rathfarnham RFC’s youngest group of rising stars, specially designed for 3 and 4-year-old children who want to explore rugby and fun games in a safe and welcoming environment. Running successfully for the past six years, this program provides a gentle introduction to rugby, helping little ones develop coordination, teamwork, and confidence.
Our experienced coaches lead each session, ensuring that every child feels supported and engaged as they take their first steps in rugby. Whether your child is completely new to the game or eager to get active, Little Ruckers is the perfect place to start!

Participation Details – What to Expect
What Equipment does my Child Need to Participate?
Minimum investment required! Runners, boots (or wellies depending on the weather!) and outdoor clothing tailored to the weather on Sunday mornings. Hopefully there will be a requirement for suncream for at least some of the sessions!
Where and When Do Sessions Take Place?
Little Ruckers sessions take place on Sunday mornings at Heavey Technology Park . Parking is available on-site. For location details, click here.
How Long is the Season?
The season starts from August and will run until April / May. We break for school holidays (October mid term, Christmas, Easter etc). We will not run ‘Little Ruckers’ sessions on bad weather days.
